Lowertown Lofts

I I thought I had already put my review on Google for where I lived but apparently not! I absolutely love living here It has been wonderful and I have left every minute of it. The staff and the maintenance staff has been absolutely brilliant at their work. I love the apartment I love the amenities. I could go on and on and there is simply just not enough room here for me to say how much living here has truly enriched my life. I simply enjoy being in this building. It is simply wonderful amazing fantastic all of the great things that you can imagine about living about living In a loft imagine it and move in here.

Lowertown Lofts is a high-quality, well-managed property. Common areas and shared amenities are always kept clean and fresh. Maintenance needs are taken care of promptly--every time I've put in a request, it's been addressed same-day or next-day. Submitting requests and payments with the online portal is easy. Leasing staff are courteous and provide a welcome presence in the lobby. Lowertown Lofts is a good value if you are looking for a well-maintained, low-stress place to live in Downtown St. Paul with historic features.

Lived at the Lowertown Lofts a few years ago and had a great experience. Most recently (last week), I accidentally had a package sent to my old address there and the staff (Hawi) located it, printed out the return label and handed it to the UPS driver. (I live in a different state now and couldn’t do any of that.) It has been about 4 years since I lived there, but their customer service remains excellent!! Thank you!

Lowertown Lofts has been a delightful place to live both inside the building and the area around. I live in a studio and I’m convinced it’s the best studio there is. It’s beautiful, sunny with a great view, and the closet is just incredibly spacious and functional. The whole apartment building has functionality & style. There is a lot of public transportation, Mears Park is beautiful, and the neighborhood has some nice coffee shops and restaurants, and of course there is the farmers market! Everyone who works here has been so wonderful! My dog & I will miss the apartment and community.

I have been here over two years now and have been so, so pleased with my decision! There have been a couple different groups of staff in the leasing office and both have been incredibly friendly and communicative. The building and grounds are always kept neat and tidy and the general historic loft vibes are pleantiful! There are common room areas in which to have fun in or host in which is nice. Building location is very front and center to many places to eat, shop (at the St. Paul farmer's market!), walk (Mear's Park), take photos, and generally enjoy life in the city. Any time I've submitted a maintence request it has been taken care of quickly and by friendly and likable staff. I appreciate the gounds being smoke free and the use of some cameras for safety. There are occasional loudness from other apartments, dogs barking, or sirens from the neighborhood, but it's pretty easy to look past those normalish things while living here. I hope to remain here for a while!

We moved to Lowertown, St. Paul about 6 months ago. As soon as we saw the apartments and met the staff we knew Lowertown Lofts were for us. They have been nothing but kind, helpful and nice. The renovations going on have been smooth and everything looks beautiful. Any maintenance or other issues we have had have been resolved quickly and properly. I would have to say moving here was on of the best decisions we have made when it comes to living environment. All the amenities are awesome and everyone who lives here is so respectful to each other and all the features we are offered. I would recommend living here to anyone thinking about moving to the area. Our manager Rachel has done a very nice job of listening and making sure any needs we have are met. Thank you Lowertown Lofts for a lovely living environment.

Been here almost a year - great place to live! Nice apartments - historic loft with exposed brick, wood floors, good appliances and cabinets. Friendly staff. Excellent response time on maintenance requests. Cool amenities including a game room and music practice rooms. Biggest bonus is location- adjacent to Mears Park, light rail and multiple bus routes nearby, Plenty of stuff in walking distance - Union Depot, farmers market, library, river, Saints ballpark, restaurants, Skyway, and whatever events/festivals going on in downtown Saint Paul. Highly recommend living here.
